Why white BT resin
BT resin keeps its shape at high temperature, so the board stays flat through die attach, wire bonding and molding. The white color reflects light, which helps LED brightness. See BT resin PCB.
Questions
Can you plate soft gold for gold wire bonding?
Yes. We supply electrolytic soft gold from 0.3 to 1.3 µm. See our guide on ENIG vs soft gold.
Can you deliver boards in panels for our packaging line?
Yes. We make the array and panel to your drawing, with V-cut or routing.
What files do you need for a quote?
Gerber files (RS-274X) with a drill file, the quantity, material, thickness and surface finish. A drawing helps if you have one.
Do you make samples first?
Yes. We usually make a sample lot, and move to mass production after your approval.
