What these boards need
- Flat pads for fine-pitch parts — ENIG gives a flat surface for chips and connectors.
- Hard gold contacts for buttons and card contacts that are pressed many times.
- Many models, steady quality — every lot is electrically tested and inspected before shipping.

Do you handle many different models?
Yes. Our security-equipment customers order many models, and we keep each model's data and lot records.
What files do you need for a quote?
Gerber files (RS-274X) with a drill file, the quantity, material, thickness and surface finish. A drawing helps if you have one.
Do you make samples first?
Yes. We usually make a sample lot, and move to mass production after your approval.
